  • You want to be with sincere, open-hearted women who understand the depth and sacredness of this path

This retreat is perfect for you if…

Return to Her is an intimate retreat for spiritually sincere women who are longing for healing that feels deep, safe, embodied, and real. It offers you the chance to step away from the pace and pressure of everyday life and enter a space where you can soften, reconnect, and listen to what is asking to be healed.

We know it can be hard to take time away from the people you love and the life you carry in order to focus on yourself. But in-person, immersive spaces like this can create profound shifts — offering the safety, spaciousness, and support that help you let go of what has been weighing on you and open to deeper healing.

You won’t have to navigate that process alone. You’ll be supported through bodywork, spiritual reconnection, rest, reflection, and the presence of other sincere, open-hearted women walking their own healing path.

The end result?

Gain clarity on the next step in your healing journey and feel safe and empowered to take it—so you can experience healing more deeply than ever before.

Return to Her

Reno, NV~ Late April 2026

An intimate retreat for spiritually sincere women who are ready to step away from everyday life and enter a safe, supportive space for body-based healing, spiritual renewal, and deeper connection with God, Holy Mother Han, and themselves.

Hosted by Events by Tasnah
With guest practitioner Dr. Hannah Gravrand, DC, MS, offering individual bodywork sessions during the retreat

If you’re ready to take the first step, here’s how it works:

1

Begin with a Return to Her Clarity Session

Start by booking your free 60-minute virtual session.
This is a gentle, spacious conversation where we meet heart-to-heart. You’ll be guided to share what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve been carrying, and what your heart is truly longing for in this season.

2

Gain Clarity & Set Intentions

During our time together, we’ll uncover where you are, what you’re needing, and what’s ready to shift.
From there, we’ll begin to clarify your intentions for the retreat—so your experience is deeply aligned with what your body, mind, and spirit are truly calling for.

3

Step Into the Retreat

If it feels like the right fit, you’ll be invited to move forward and reserve your place.
This is your opportunity to say yes—to yourself, your healing, and the deeper return you’ve been longing for.

4

Return Home & Integrate

After the retreat, you’ll have the opportunity for a follow-up virtual session with Hannah to reflect on your experience and begin integrating what unfolded.
This conversation is designed to help you carry the clarity, healing, and insight from the retreat into your everyday life once you return home.

What others say about this work:

Tasnah’s Story

“My life will forever be defined by before and after the session.”

Before, I felt like something was stuck. There was a huge disconnect. I felt so out of touch with myself and what was going on, and why, and what my body was trying to tell me, what my heart was trying to tell me. I just knew that I couldn’t stay there anymore.

During the session, it felt like something cracked open. Like a waterfall jammed up that suddenly could move. Like all these things that had been so repressed and stuffed down could finally open. There was this feeling of just wanting it out — not wanting to hold it in anymore.

“Mother was right there with me.”

The strongest feeling I took from it was that Mother was right here with me. I had been feeling like she was so far away, like I was so distant and so disconnected. And then there was this immediate feeling of her presence right there next to me.

There was grief, anger, darkness, and intensity coming up, but I didn’t feel like I had to hide any of it. It felt like nothing was too big, too deep, too dark. Like there was nothing too shameful to go to. I felt like I could let it come out because I wasn’t alone.

“It was like putting down something I didn’t even realize I’d been carrying.”

Afterward, I felt lighter. Liberated. Like something had lifted.

It was like when you are holding things you don’t even know you’ve been holding, and then you put them down — and only then do you realize the weight of what you’d been carrying. There was this feeling of darkness leaving, of unshed tears and grief releasing, and of not wanting to keep spending all that energy holding on and shoving things down.

When I got home, I felt a huge shift. There was lightness, joy, playfulness, freedom in my own skin that had been gone for a long, long time.

“It was like I had my body back.”

One of the clearest signs of change came in my body. When I went back to volleyball, it was like I had my body back. Before, I had felt disconnected, slow, uncoordinated, clunky. But this time I felt nimble again — like my body responded to my brain without me having to think about it.

This work opened something in me. It made me more open to support, more willing to receive help, and more able to go deeper in healing than I had before. It gave me this felt sense that I am not alone, and that there really is a next step.

Soogin’s Story

“My menstrual health had been a concern for me for a long time.”

Before this work, my health — especially my menstrual health — had been a concern for me for some time. As I get older and think about wanting to be healthy when I have kids, it felt important, but also stressful.

My cycle was irregular, and it had been pretty painful for several years. I thought it might be related to dietary issues or liver issues, but I wasn’t totally sure. There was a lot of stress and anxiety around it, and it also felt connected to my journey in the Blessing and the challenge of finding the right person. All of it felt heavy in my body.

“It feels a lot lighter now.”

One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is that my cycle has become more regular and way less painful, regardless of my diet.

Before, the first day of my period used to be pretty debilitating. But in the last three cycles, I’ve been able to go about my day with minimal pain and keep up with the things I normally do. That feels like a huge shift.

It used to feel heavy in my body getting my period. It felt like a hardship. But right now, it feels more like a flow — like a river moving easily rather than a dam that is blocked.

“My biggest win has been feeling more positive in my thinking.”

I feel like there is still more work to be done, but one of the biggest breakthroughs for me has been the change in my inner world.

I used to feel much heavier in my thoughts. A lot of negativity and despair would come up for me. Those things still surface at times, but they do not feel as low as they did before.

Now I feel lighter and more positive in my thinking. It feels like a positive line of thought can come up sooner, instead of getting pulled into the longer lulls I used to experience.

“Healing the body is not just in your mind.”

What I would say to someone else is that healing the body is not just in your mind.

You may be carrying pain or an impact inside your body that may or may not be yours, and it could be affecting your health or the way you feel in your body. Taking time to listen to your body and do work with it matters, because your body may be communicating with you through the very symptoms and patterns you are experiencing.

Hi, I’m Hannah Gravrand,

Over the years, my work has taken shape through both professional training and deep personal healing.

I’m a classically trained chiropractor, but the deeper direction of my work emerged through my own healing journey — through years of spiritual work, therapy, bodywork, and the guidance of people who helped me heal pain I did not fully know how to name.

One of the most significant influences in my life was my counselor, Pat Detlefsen. Through my work with her, I experienced profound healing in my sense of self, in my relationship with my parents, and in my relationship with True Mother, also known as Holy Mother Han. That healing changed the trajectory of my life.

Over time, I also came to understand more deeply that the body holds far more than physical pain. It holds grief, trauma, emotional truth, spiritual longing, and often the next layer of what is asking to be healed.

As I continued receiving bodywork myself — including craniosacral therapy, myofascial unwinding, and biofield energy work — I experienced major breakthroughs in my own healing. This work helped me become more grounded, more present, and more clear, and it showed me how profoundly healing can happen through the body while also opening access to deeper spiritual healing.

That is what shaped my practice in this direction.

Today, I help women go deeper — not only in relieving physical pain, but in listening to what their bodies are revealing, recognizing what may be keeping them stuck, and opening to the healing and spiritual direction that is now ready to emerge.

I believe deeply that healing is not something we force. It is something we become more able to receive.

That is why I do this work. And I’m so honored to be part of this retreat.
